Marlboroughs, The Ned is World renowned and the spearhead brand of Marisco Vineyards’ offering. Brent Marris, proprietor and Chief Winemaker, launched the brand in 2006, after successfully building Wither Hills. Brent started his career as a young winemaker, working for the Delegat Family and launching Oyster Bay. Winemaking is synonymous with the Marris family, dating back to 1973 when Brent’s father John planted the first vines in Marlborough.
The winning cases include two each of the best summer sipping wines; The Ned Sauvignon Blanc with its thirst quenching flavours of gooseberry and lime, The Ned Pinot Grigio which is juicy as a peach and The Ned Rosé, bringing a punnet full of summer berries to your glass!
